Changing the upper belt, HTC 650, 800 and 950
On machines with four-piece belt rings:
Remove the grinding head from the chassis and
lift off the plastic cover.
It is not necessary to remove the motor to
change the upper belt.
Check the seals and any wear on the shaft piv-
ots. Change if necessary.
Unscrew the two short sections of the belt rings.
Place the long sections of the belt rings in the
middle of the shaft pivots and place the belt in the
correct position.
Lift the head and rotate the grinding holders so
the belt is stretched and the holes are placed in
the middle of the shaft pivots.
