To delete a message in a thread, touch and hold the message that you
want to delete, then touch Delete message on the options menu. When
prompted to confirm deletion, touch OK.
3. To delete all message threads, press BACK to return to the message list,
press , then touch Delete threads.
Read delivery reports
To view delivery reports
1. Enable Delivery reports in the SMS or MMS settings. For details, see
“Adjusting text and multimedia message settings” later in this chapter.
2. In the message list, touch a message thread to open it.
3. Touch and hold the message in the thread with the delivery report icon
( ), then touch View report on the options menu. Delivery reports can
be:
Received ( ) The message is received by your recipients.
Pending ( ) The device is still sending the message.
Failed ( ) The message failed to reach your recipients.
To manage undelivered messages
A delivery problem occurred if this icon appears along with the message in the
message list or message thread. Touch and hold the message in the message list,
then touch View to edit, retry sending, or delete the message.
To see all your undelivered messages, in the message list, press and touch
Undelivered messages.
