1.8 Device Status and Notifications
Status bar
On top of the device screen is the status bar. The left side of the status bar displays
notification icons that notify you of a new message, an upcoming calendar event,
a missed call, and more. The right side of the status bar displays the device status
such as the data connection, connection strength, battery, volume settings, time,
and more.
Tip When the status bar is full, touch to display hidden icons/notifications.
Notification icons
These are the icons that appear on the notifications area of the status bar:
