5.1 Using Calendar
Use Calendar to create and manage events, meetings, and appointments. You
can also specify reminders for each event so you are alerted every time an event
is coming up. Depending on your synchronization settings, the Calendar on your
device stays in sync with your Google Calendar on the web.

Open Calendar
Press HOME, then touch the Applications tab.
Touch Calendar. The Calendar in the Agenda view opens.
Touch an event to
view the details
and set reminders.
Color-coded
bars indicate the
calendar in use.
Event reminder time
Indicates that the
event is recurring.
Scroll up
the screen
or roll the
TRACKBALL
down to view
more events.
Agenda view
Event details
Touch here to set
the reminder time.
Touch here to
remove the event
reminder.
