Calendar. If Auto-sync is enabled, clear the check box to exclude
Calendar from automatic synchronization, or select the item to begin
synchronization of calendars and calendar events on your device and on
the web.
Contacts. If Auto-sync is enabled, clear the check box to exclude
Contacts from automatic synchronization, or select the item to begin
synchronization of contacts on your device and on the web.
To stop synchronization
During synchronization, press MENU, then touch Cancel sync.
