3.8 Sharing a Presentation

During conferences, you can use the touch panel to start or stop sharing a presentation with

remote sites.

Prerequisites

Before sharing a presentation, confirm the following with your administrator:

l The terminal has a presentation source plugged in, such as a computer desktop.

l The conference allows presentation sharing.

Context

When the local site joins a conference, you can choose whether to share the presentation with

remote sites.

Procedure

Step 1 Tap

on the home screen to start sharing a presentation with remote sites.

NOTE

If Presentation plug-and-share is enabled, the local site automatically shares the presentation with remote sites

once the conference starts. For details about how to enable Presentation plug-and-share, see Table 3-2.

Step 2 Tap

to stop sharing the presentation.

3.9 Leaving or Ending a Conference

When you are in a conference, depending on your role and the conference type, you can leave

or end the conference.

End conference

During a point-to-point conference, tap

in the task bar and end the conference as prompted.

During a multipoint conference, if you are the chair or conference coordinator, tap

in the

task bar, tap End conference, and end the conference as prompted.
