13 Operating environment The inside and outside of the cabinet are
free from conductive dust or other
sundries.
30 kVA/40 kVA UPS
There is no foreign matter (such as
copper wires and screws) between
wiring terminals. Cables are
crimped according to standards,
and there is no bare copper wire.
There is no foreign matter in the
wiring terminal box.
60 kVA/80 kVA/120 kVA UPS
There is no foreign matter
between wiring terminals. Cables
are crimped according to
standards, and there is no bare
copper wire.
There is no foreign matter at the
bottom of the UPS.
14 DIP switch settings Toggle switch 4 is set to ON.
15 Short circuit between
copper bars
Check that copper bars are open-
circuited using a multimeter.
CA UTION
If the equipment will not be powered on after installation, take dustproof
measures (for example, use a dust cover) to prevent equipment damage due to
dust buildup inside it. Remove the dust cover only when the equipment is ready
for operation.
After the installation is complete, take anti-condensation measures and keep
the air conditioner running. Do not store the equipment in an environment
where the temperature and humidity are uncontrollable for a long period of
time. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged due to condensation.
After installing cables and verifying the installation, use sealing putty to seal
the gaps between the cables and the cabinet.
Use the sealing putty delivered with the equipment to seal the cabinet.
Do not remove the transparent lm.
If the sealing putty covers the aluminum foil lm, do not cut the sealing
putty.
After verifying the installation, reinstall all the covers.
