2. Not Warranty if damaged by lightning strike
3. Not Warranty if damaged by insect infestation
4. Not Warranty if door left open and rain gets into internals
5. Not Warranty if an indoor controller is installed outdoors
6. Not Warranty if mistreated or damaged by the customer
