5.11.1 Function JSR$ creates a strir.g of given length where the numeric
Syntax
argument is right justified and padded with leading zeroes.
JSRS(A ,N)

N=length
Examples A= -12.34
JSR$(A,8) returns -0012.34
JSR$(A,5) returns -12.3
A
= 12.34
JSR$(A,8) returns 00012.34
JSR$(A,5) returns 012.3
Remarllcs For positive numbers the'+' signs are replaced by '0'.
