EDITOR COMMANDS
7.4.1 Commands made through the function and control keys may generally be
made at any time.
Each group of commands will be described individually. Reference
should be made to Fig 7.1 which shows the complete keyboard functions
available.
NOTE: Control and function keys are denoted with a leading up
'carat'
(A), e.g. Control G is shown as AG and function 2 as A2.
