4�2 Connecting Automower® 305
1. Connect the service cable from your computer
to Automower® 305:
• Remove the protective cover for the
battery on the bottom of the mower. The
service outlet is located under the cover,
beside the battery.
• Connect the service cable in the service
outlet. The service cable can only be
connected in one way.
2. Put the main switch on the mower in position 1.
3. Start Autocheck EXP.
Contact between Autocheck EXP and the
mower is usually established automatically
and conrmed through the mower’s model
designation and serial number being entered in
the list at the bottom of the program.
If the text Connected mower: None is displayed
in the lower list in Autocheck EXP, contact with
the mower has not been established. If this is
the case, check the following:
• Check that cable is correctly connected both in
the computer and in the mower.
• The mower is on, i.e. main switch in position 1
and that the start page is visible.
• Make sure that G3 is selected in the program’s
bottom left corner.
• If you change between mowers from
Generation 2 and Generation 3, the channel
for the respective family of mowers must
be selected. Channel G3 must therefore be
selected when connecting Automower 305.
When connecting other mowers (G2) channel
G2 is selected instead.
Autocheck EXP is terminated by selecting Exit under
File, or alternatively clicking the cross in the window’s
upper right corner.

Remember to ret the protective cover
on the battery on the mower once work
has been completed�
