Uneven mowing
results
Automower® 305 is working too
few hours per day.
Increase the working hours.
Working area too large. Try to limit the working area or extend the
working time.
Dull blades. Replace all the blade units so that the
rotating parts are balanced.
Long grass in relation to the set
cutting height.
Increase the cutting height and then
successively lower.
Accumulation of grass at the
blade disc or around the motor
shaft.
Check that the blade disc rotates freely
and easily. If not, the blade disc may need
to be removed and the grass and foreign
objects removed.
The Automower®
305 is working at the
wrong time
The clock on Automower® 305
needs to be adjusted.
Set the clock. See the Operator’s Manual.
The start and stop times for
mowing are incorrect.
Adjust the start and stop time setting for
mowing. See the Operator’s Manual.
The Automower® 305
vibrates
Unbalanced blade disc or
damaged blades.
Inspect the blade and screws and replace
them if necessary. Check that not more
than one blade is mounted on the same
screw.
The mower mows
for shorter periods
than usual between
charges
Grass or another foreign object
is blocking the blade disc. The
cause may also be impaired
battery capacity.
Remove and clean the blade disc.
Perform a battery test to determine the
battery’s capacity. See 6.6 Battery test on
page 80.
