5�19 Changing the rear rubber
dampers
1. Dismantle the body. See 5.2.1 Dismantling
body on page 50.
2. Unscrew the four screws (Torx 20) that
secure the two rear rubber dampers to the
body.
NOTE! The holders are not symmetrical.
Note therefore the position so that they are
tted correctly later.
3. Unscrew the two screws (Torx 25) that
secure the rubber dampers in their holder.
4. Fit new rubber dampers in the holders.
Always change both dampers at the same
time.
5. Fit the holders in the body.
NOTE! The holders are not symmetrical.
You should therefore check carefully that
they are tted correctly.
6. Assemble the body. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on
page 51.
5�20 Changing the front rubber
dampers
1. Dismantle the body. See 5.2.1 Dismantling
body on page 50.
2. Unscrew the four screws (Torx 20) that
secure the front bumper to the body.
3. Lift out the two collision columns on the body.
4. Unscrew the two screws (Torx 25) that secure
the rubber dampers in the collision columns.
5. Fit new rubber dampers in the lifting
columns. Always change both dampers at
the same time.
6. Fit the lifting columns in the body.
7. Fit the front bumper to the body.
Tip! Pull down the lifting columns at the
same time as tting the front bumper.
NOTE! Check that the front snap fasteners
on the front bumper are located in the
groove in the body.
8. Assemble the body. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.
