REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Changing the engine oil Kawasaki
The engine oil should be changed the rst
time after 8 hours running time. It should
then be changed after every 100 hours of
running time.
1. Open the engine cover.
2. Place a container underneath the
engines left oil drain plug.
3. Remove the dipstick. Remove the drain
plug from the engines left side.
4. Let the oil run out into the container
(1.5 l/1.6 US qt).
5. Then replace the oil drain plug and
tighten it.
6. Replace the oil lter if necessary.
7. Fill with new engine oil.
8. Starting the engine, run for a few sec-
onds. Check the oil level and top up if
necessary.
WARNING!
Engine oil can be very hot if it is
drained directly after stopping the
engine. Allow the engine to cool
somewhat rst.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Used engine oil is a health hazard and
legislation prohibits disposal on the ground
or in nature; it should always be disposed
of at a workshop or appropriate disposal
location. Avoid skin contact; wash with
soap and water in case of spills.
