3. Malfunction during Power UP
3.1 System is not on.

Is the power supplied
properly from the outlet?
(Check the system voltage)
Try another outlet.
Is the fuse blown?
Replace the fuses.
Is the input voltage to the
SMPS proper?
Check the inlet
connection.
Is the output voltage from the
SMPS proper?
Replace the SMPS.
Check the connection
between SMPS & Main Board.
