check operation of system.

suction inlet located at extreme rear

Open priming valve until coolant
ows from it, and then shut valve.

If wash gun ows, then line to blade
guide or guide coolant gallery may
be plugged.

Open upper blade guide, remove
hose, use air gun with safety nozzle
to blow out hose and gallery.
10 Head advances with set to “0”.
10.1 Feed Rate pointer misaligned. 10.1
Loosen pointer lock nut. Turn the
knob clockwise until it is closed.
Position the pointer to “0” and
tighten lock nut.

Fast approach valve is open.
