No Power – Breaker off at main panel or fuse out – Check panel
– Improper wiring – Consult electrician
– Fuse blown in control – Replace
– G.F.C.I. tripped – Reset
– G.F.C.I connected improperly
No Circulation – Pump is not primed – Open drain bib
– Air in waterline – Release air
– Impeller clogged – Access and clean
– Valves are closed – Open valves
– Water level in spa is too low – Top up water
– Skimmer obstructed or closed – Remove/Open
G.F.C.I. Trip – Short or ground in system – As above-call Electrician or
– Faulty G.F.C.I. Hydropool Dealer
Jet Surge – Water level too low – Add water
– Blockage in lines – Check valves and/or strainer
– Suction valve partly closed – Pull valve handle “up” all the way
No Heat – pressure switch not closing – see TOPSIDE PANEL
– Hi Limit switch tripped – see TOPSIDE PANEL
– Cartridge filter dirty – Clean & reinstall
– Low water – Top Up
– Faulty pressure switch – Adjust or replace
– Thermostat probe improperly installed
Erratic Heat – Low Water – Top Up
– Incorrectly adjusted pressure switch – Adjust
– Faulty sensor
Noisy Motor – Damaged or worn bearings – Call your Electrician or Hydropool dealer.
– Low voltage – Check supply
– Low water level – Top Up
– Frozen pump – Thaw out
– Clogged Impeller – Access and clean
No Ozone – Not plugged in
– Broken bulb or expired bulb life
– Clogged ozone jet – Remove obstruction with
”baby bottle“ brush
Digital Top Side – Improper connection – Unplug cable and re-connect
No Longer Displays – Electrical brown-out – Reboot control system
Digital Temperature – Water temperature has exceeded set point – Decrease filter cycle
Display is Erratic
