INSTALLING THE SPIKED BUMPER (OPTION)
1. Make sure the chain brake is released.
Refer to “CHAIN BRAKE”.
2. Unscrew the nut and remove the chain case.
Remove the saw chain and guide bar.
3. Remove the screw that attaches the guide plate.
Remove the chain catcher and the guide plate.
4. Screw the spiked bumper onto the engine case with 2 screws and tighten to 300～400Ncm (31～41kgf-cm).
5. Attach the guide plate with the guide plate retaining screw (M3) and the chain catcher retaining screw (M5).
[Tightening torque]
M3：80～120 N cm (8.2～12.2kgf-cm)
M5：300～400N cm (31～41kgf-cm)
6. For mounting the guide bar and chain, refer to “MOUNTING THE GUIDE BAR AND CHAIN”.

INSTALLAZIONE DEL PARAURTI A DENTI (OPZIONE)
1. Assicurarsi che il freno della catena sia sbloccato.
Si faccia riferimento a “FRENO DELLA CATENA”.
2. Svitare il dado e togliere il carter.
Togliere la catena e la barra.
3. Togliere la vite che tiene collegata la piastra della guida.
Togliere il nottolino salvacatena e la piastra guida.
4. Avvitare il paraurti a denti sulla carcassa del motore utilizzando 2 viti e stringere sino a 300~400Ncm (31~41kgf-cm).
5. Collegare la piastra guida con la vite di ritenuta della piastra (M3) e con la vite di ritenuta del nottolino salvacatena (M5).

M3：80～120 Ncm (8.2～12.2kgf-cm)
M5：300～400 Ncm (31～41kgf-cm)
6. Per il montaggio della barra guida e della catena, si faccia riferimento a “MONTAGGIO DELLA BARRA GUIDA E DELLA
CATENA”
