Removing the side cover from a stand-alone 9009-41A or 9009-41G system
Use this procedure to remove the side cover from a stand-alone IBM Power System S914 (9009-41A or
9009-41G) server.
About this task
This cover does not need to be removed to service internal parts.
Procedure
1. Remove the service access cover.

system” on page 38.
2. Remove the plastic piece from the interior of the handle cover by pushing the latches on the inside
rmly and sliding it out. See Figure 9 on page 24.
