Installing the service access cover on a rack-mounted 5105-22E, 9008-22L, 9009-22A, 9009-22G,
9223-22H, or 9223-22S system
Use this procedure to install the service access cover on a rack-mounted 5105-22E, IBM Power System
L922 (9008-22L), IBM Power System S922 (9009-22A and 9009-22G), IBM Power System H922
(9223-22H), or IBM Power System H922S (9223-22S) server.
Procedure
1. Ensure that you have the electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap on and that the ESD clip is plugged
into a ground jack or connected to an unpainted metal surface. If not, do so now.
2. Slide the service access cover (A) onto the system unit.
3. Close the release latch (B) by pushing it in the direction shown.
