Pump start
Before starting the pump
make sure that the system is lled with liquid (heating medium), the system has been
properly vented and the pressure at the pump inlet has reached the minimum inlet pressure
as required (see chapter 3 - Conditions of use).
Automatic Venting
For automatic venting: press and hold the button for about 3 seconds , the value 10
should be displayed on the energy consumption panel, and the siren should start
to glow.
Venting will take place for 10 minutes. For the rst 2 minutes, the pump will run at maximum
speed and then will be put into alternating mode toggling between high and low speed
every 10 seconds.
If you want to end the bleeding procedure earlier, press any button.
Manual Venting
Before rst start-up and before each heating season, the pump must be de-aerated. The
above can be carried out by starting the pump in the top gear 3 and unscrewing the vent
unions. If no air escapes from the resulting hole, and only water ows out into the hole,
screw the cap with the seal on it.
