characteristics
The AUTO function controls the pump eciency automatically in
the specied range.
It adjusts the pump eciency depending on the system size;
It adjusts the pump eciency according to the load change for
a certain period of time;
In the AUTO mode, the pump is set for the proportional pressure
control mode.
LPP / HPP
Curves of proportionate
pressure
The operating point will move up and down along the
proportional pressure curve depending on the demand of the
system ow: when the ow demand decreases - the water pump
pressure drops; whereas when he energy demand increases - it
increases.
LCP / HCP Curves of constant pressure
The operating point of the pump moves forward and backward
o the constant pressure curve according to the system demand.
The water pump pressure remains constant, it has no relation to
the ow demand.
1/2/3
Curves of constant rotary
speed
HS (1-3), the pump is set for the maximum curve in all operating
conditions. If the pump is set in the HS3 mode, the pump will be
vented quickly.
Eciency curve guidance
Any pump setting will have a proper eciency curve (Q / H curve). The AUTO (auto-adapta-
tion) mode covers the eciency scope. The input power curve (P1 curve) belongs to each
Q/H curve. The power curve represents the pump power consumption (P1) in Watt for the
given Q/H curve.
ID Name Description of the error Embrass question
E1 Locked rotor
Impeller and rator has some dirty inside leads to can
not work
Clean rator and impeller
orreplace a new one
E2 Missing phase There is a lack phase when the load is working Check the power supply
E3
Thermal protection
High temperature protection / too less water in the
system
Lower the temperature /
add water in to the system
E4 Module Faulty Module error Warranty procedure
E5 Over currrent Current sampling circuit bias level error – too high Adjust the power source
Dependency between pump settings
andits operating parameters
