Why is my ICS Chainsaw diamond chain speed so slow?

  There are several reasons why your ICS Chainsaw's diamond chain speed might be slow: * The chain tension may be too tight. Diamond chains should always be able to be pulled around the guide bar by hand, and it's normal for the diamond chain links to hang below the guide bar. * The diamonds may be glazed over. Try making a few cuts in an abrasive material to expose the diamonds. * There may not be enough water pressure. The minimum water pressure required is 20 psi (1.5 bar). Insufficient water supply may cause excessive wear to the diamond chain and breakage.

  If your ICS Chainsaw is difficult to start, it could be due to a flooded engine. To resolve this, push the choke in, hold the throttle on full with your foot, and pull the starter cord with hard, short, fast pulls until the engine starts. Alternatively, the spark plug could be fouled. Remove the spark plug, clean it, and re-gap it to .020 in (0.5 mm).
