oking Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and
knead into stiff dough using enough water.
Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
2.Divide the dough into 20 equal portions
and roll out each portion into a circle of
75mm.
3.Grease tawa using oil.
4.Place the tawa on the low rack, keep it in
microwave oven.
5.Select the program and press
START-preheat mode.
6. After preheat, place 6-8 nos. of Crispy
methi puris on tawa and press START.
7.Cool the puris on wire rack and store in
air tight jar.
