Action Prevents the instrument from executing any further commands until OPC (operation complete)
status is true.
Note This command can be used to make the instrument wait until an operation is complete before
continuing.
Care should be taken to set the GPIB time−out appropriately for use with the *WAI command.After
this command (or the Delay) command is sent, the 3700B may receive up to 20 more commands
before the wait period is over. If more than 20 commands are sent before the delay or wait period is
over, the additional commands will be ignored and an error E220 will be generated.
