iDrive2 inverters Fault tracking
69
1. Check to ensure keypad functions and displays correctly.
2. If OK, please check P07 and ensure the corresponding recorded fault parameters to confirm the real state when
the current fault occurs by all parameters.
3. See the following table for possible cause and remedial action.
4. Remove fault, if error still exists, consult IMO..
5. Check to eliminate the fault and carry out fault reset to run the inverter.
Over-current when
acceleration
1. The acceleration or
deceleration is too fast.
2. The voltage of the grid is too
low.
3. The power of the inverter is
too low.
4. The load transients are
abnormal.
5. Short circuit or phase loss.
6. There is strong external
interference.
1. Increase the ACC time
2. Check the input power
3. Select the inverter with a larger
power
4. Check if the load is short
circuited (the grounding short
circuited or the wire short
circuited) or the rotation is not
smooth.
5. Check the output
configuration.
6. Check for mechanical
resistance.
Over-current when
deceleration
Over-current when
constant speed running
Over-voltage during
acceleration.
1. The input voltage is abnormal.
2. Voltage regeneration.
1. Check the input power.
2. Extend the accel/decel time.
3. Connect external braking
resistor.
Over-voltage during
deceleration.
Over-voltage at constant
speed.
The voltage of the power supply
is too low.
Check the input power of the
supply line.
1. The voltage of the power
supply is too low.
2. The motor setting rated
current is incorrect.
3. The motor stalls or load
transients is too strong.
1. Check the power of the supply
line
2. Reset the rated current of the
motor
3. Check the load and adjust the
torque lift
The inverter will report overload
pre-alarm according to the set
value.
Check the load and the overload
pre-alarm point.
