Careful servicing in compliance with the instructions is essential for ensuring that
FlowAnalyseroperates safely andefficiently. Only components recommended by the
manufacturer may be used.
It isabsolutely essential tocomply with the guidelines andservicing
instructions issued by thevarious manufacturers.
The servicing operations listed below may only be performed by per-
sons whoare familiar with FlowAnalyser. All further repair work may
only be performed by authorised trained professionals. Please also
observe the information issued by the various manufacturers.
Toensure that your deviceoperates with precision and reliabilityfor as long as possi-
ble,it is essential toperform the followingservicing routinesregularly:
During operation
Use of the filter included
Every four weeks
Visually check the protection filter for dust or contamination. Replace the filter if con-
tamination is visible.
Every 12 months:
Factory calibration to ensure reliable measurement. To have FlowAnalyser
calibrated at the manufacturer's, IMT Analytics, visit the website

9.3.1 Replacing measuring screens
Replacement of the measuring screens must be followed by recalibration of flow
measurement. This can only be performed by the manufacturer or an accredited test
laboratory.
