SNMP server. Service Manager identifies critical events requiring Infortrend’s assistance and sends
requests to the Technical Support Department accordingly.
To edit notification settings:
a. Click Notification settings.
b. Go to the Email page.
c. Enable Email notification by clicking the switch button.
d. Fill in the information for SMTP Server and Sender email.
e. Add Email receivers by clicking the Add receiver button at the bottom of the page
f. You must also name your Mail subject to identify your notification email
