4-2.4 Create User(s) and User group(s)
After setting a disk pool, a folder, and a shared folder, you can start to create users to set up the
permissions. There are two ways to create users to manage the GS.
Create Local User
After setting up your disk pools, folders and shared folders, you can start creating users and set up their
access permissions.
1. Go to Settings > Privilege > Users.
2. Select Local users from the leftmost dropdown list.
3. Click Add to create a new user.
4. Go to the General tab and provide user information. Refer to the descriptions below.
