Anti-intrusion control panels
Each user is associated with a system access code. The code programming process allows you
to define the code hierarchy:
User
Manager
Master
Depending on its hierarchical level (where “User” is the lowest level), each code can
perform the following operations on codes that are hierarchically inferior:
•• enable/disable
•• change PIN
•• change certain programming parameters
If the system programming complies with security grade 3 of EN 50131, some partition
arming or delete memory operations, when expressly requested from a keypad, may be
authorized by the entry of a level 3 code (installer code) as well as by a user code.

Access Levels
Specific legislation defines the following levels of access to the control panel, distinct from the
limitations of system usability:
Level 1 - access by any person (e.g. passer-by)
Level 2 - access by a user
Level 3 - access by the installer or maintenance operator (expressly authorized by a user
with level 2 access)
Level 4 - access by the manufacturer
