Warranty Agreement 
1ǃ  The warranty period of the product is 18 months ˄refer to the 
barcode on the equipment body˅.During the warranty period, if the 
product fails or is damaged under the condition of normal use by 
following the instruction.Our company will be responsible for free 
maintenance. 
2ǃ  Within the warranty period, maintenance will be charged for the 
following reasons:   
AǃThe damage caused by improper use or repair/modification without 
prior permission. 
BǃThe damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other disasters 
and second disaster; 
CǃThe hardware damage caused by dropping or transportation upon 
the procurement. 
DǃThe damage caused by the improper operation; 
EǃThe damage or fault caused by the trouble our of the equipment (e.g. 
external device) 
3ǃ  If there is any fault or damage to the product, please correctly fill 
out the Product Warranty Card in detail. 
4ǃ  The maintenance fee is charged according to the newly adjusted 
Maintenance Price List by our company. 
5ǃ  In general, the warranty card will not be re-issued.Please keep the 
card and present it to the maintenance personnel when asking for 
maintenance. 
6ǃ  If there is any problem during the service, please contact the agent 
of our company or our company directly. 
7ǃ  This agreement shall be interpreted by Shenzhen Inovance 
Technology Co., Ltd.
