Note
Do not set start frequency in torque control. Otherwise, larger rush-in
current results at start.
Reduce setting of A8-11 of the slave in master and slave control but
the setting must be larger than 0.20 Hz. Meanwhile, if deceleration
time is very short, increase setting of A8-11 properly. The larger the
setting of A8-11 is, the weaker window effect will be obtained.
Set initial value to half of rated motor slip. You can obtain rated motor slip according to
the following formulas:
Number of pole pairs of motor (take an integer) = (60 x rated motor frequency)/rated
motor speed
Synchronous motor speed = (60 x rated motor frequency)/number of pole pairs of
motor
Rated motor slip = (synchronous motor speed - rated motor speed)/synchronous
motor speed x rated motor frequency
