brake must be inspected after any fault and can be reset only after the braking force 
test passes.
F7-10 is countdown for braking force detection period.
The initial value is 1440 minutes, i.e. 24 h. The test is automatically triggered if the 
system has no call after 12 h so that the stop time exceeds the energy saving time.
