8. SOLO MODE
Indicates the type of SOLO currently active.
The “INPUT” lights when SOLO switches are pressed on any
input channel, including Returns. The “OUTPUT” LED lights
when AFL switches are pressed on any Groups, Mix, AUX or
MTX masters. The INPUT SOLO MODE switch always has
priority over the OUTPUT SOLO MODE switch for signals
going to the solo bus.
9. SOLO LEVEL
Adjusts solo bus level for monitoring purposes ±15dB from its
center position.
10. AFL / PFL
Toggles INPUT solo function between pre-fade (PFL) and post-
fader (AFL).
11. MONITOR LEVEL
Controls monitor output level.
12. MONO SUM
Sums left signal and right monitor signal together to make it
monaural.
13. PHONES LEVEL
Gives independent control over headphone volume.
14. MONITOR SOURCE SELECT
Selects monitor feed from internal or external sources. MIX L-R
and C/MONO buses can be used individually or summed
together. Alternatively, an external tape source can be
selected which overrides the internal sources. This corresponds
to the “PLAYBACK” RCA sockets on the rear panel.
15. MUTE GROUP
These switches mute all channels that are assigned to the
corresponding mute group. Affected channels are identified by
half-bright lighting of MUTE button.
HEADPHONES OUTPUT JACK
1/4” TRS STEREO JACK. These jacks (tip=left, ring=right, sleeve=GND) may be connected to external power
amplifiers for headphone distribution, or you can plug your headphones directly into the jack.
Use only stereo phones!
When a mono connector is plugged into the stereo connector, it connects both sides of the headphone
amplifier to a single load.
