1. FRONT PANEL
1. MTX1 - MTX4 SENDS
Sub group signals can be routed to the console’s 4 Matrix
outputs in much the same way as a channel feeds an auxiliary
output. The send source can be made pre-fader by pressing
the PRE switch. In pre-fader mode, matrix sends are unaffected
by the group output’s MUTE.
2. BLEND
Adjusts level balance between MIX L/R buses and MIX C bus.
At the L/R (fully anti-clockwise) position, the stereo image is
made up using only the L and R buses. By turning blend
control clockwise, the C bus is introduced. At the C (fully
clockwise) position, signals panned centrally will only appear
on the C output.
3. PAN
Controls the signal’s position in the stereo image.
If, for example, you are panning from hard left to center, you
will notice a 3dB drop in the left channel as you do so. This
“panning law” ensures that signals sound equally loud at all
pan positions.
4. MUTE SWITCH
Cuts post fader signal. This does not affect pre-fader matrix
sends.
5. BUS ROUTING
Groups can be routed to the main MIX outputs. “LCR” switch
connects signal to MIX L, R and C bus. “MONO” switch
connects signal to MIX C bus directly.
The “C” or “MONO” signal by pressing “MONO” switch is
not affected by PAN and BLEND control.
6. SUB-GROUP FADER
A professional 100mm fader gives you smooth, high re-
solution control over the sub-group level.
7. AFL
Connects the sub-group’s Post-Fader signal to mono AFL bus.
You can monitor the signal on your phones and the AFL BAR
METER.
