3.4 Installing the Diagnostic Suite
The Diagnostic Suite is available in the USB stick. However, the free Diagnostics Suite upgrade package and the
Diagnostic Calibration Tools are available from the Interacoustics extranet.
The upgrade package enables upgrade from previous versions of the software.
The calibration tools contain the software required for the annual calibration of the following instruments:

Prior to the first time the instrument is connected to the computer, a USB driver for the purpose of storing data
has to be installed on the computer. In the below section, a guide to proper installation of the software can be
found.
Insert the Diagnostic Suite USB into the designated drive on the computer. Select DiagnosticSuiteSetup

Select Install from the welcome page and allow the computer to install the software.
