3 Disengage the upper guide from the lower guide by lifting the
inner part of the upper guide and pulling it out. Make sure not to
damage the cable.
4 Lift the upper guide.
5 Clean the areas marked with gray with a cleaning card or a soft
cloth soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Be careful not to scratch the
guides.
6 Replace the upper guide.
