Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwho
purchasesthisproductwhennewandunusedfromInvacare
ContinuingCare,Inc(ICCI)oradealer.Thiswarrantyisnot
extendedtoanyotherpersonorentityandisnottransferable
orassignabletoanysubsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverage
underthiswarrantywillenduponanysuchsubsequentsaleorother
transferoftitletoanyotherperson.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrightsandyoumayalsohave
otherlegalrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
ICCIwarrantstheframeandweldsonthisproductwhenpurchased
newandunusedwillbefreefromstructuraldefectsontheframefor
aperiodoften(10)years,electricalforaperiodofthree(3)years,
andmechanicalforaperiodoffive(5)yearsfromdateofpurchase
fromICCIoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequired
forcoverageunderthiswarranty.ICCIwarrantstheframeofthis
productwhenpurchasednewandunusedtobefreefromdefectsin
materialsandworkmanshipforaperiodoften(10)yearsfromdate
ofpurchasefromICCIoradealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoice
requiredforcoverageunderthiswarranty.Forallothercomponents
ofthisproductwhenpurchasednewandunused,ICCIwarrants
thattheywillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
foraperiodofone(1)yearfromdateofpurchasefromICCIor
adealer,withacopyoftheseller’sinvoicerequiredforcoverage
underthiswarranty.Upholstery(vinyls,fabricsand/orlaminates)are
notcoveredunderthiswarranty.Ifwithinsuchwarrantyperiods
anysuchproductshallbeproventobedefective,suchproductshall
berepairedorreplaced,atICCI'soption.Thiswarrantydoesnot
includeanylabororshippingchargesincurredinreplacementpart
installationorrepairofanysuchproduct.ICCI'ssoleobligationand
yourexclusiveremedyunderthiswarrantyshallbelimitedtosuch
repairand/orreplacement.
Forwarrantyservice,pleasecontactthedealerfromwhomyou
purchasedyourICCIproduct.Intheeventyoudonotreceive
satisfactorywarrantyservice,pleasewritedirectlytoICCIatthe
addressonthebackcover,providedealer'sname,address,andthe
dateofpurchase,indicatenatureofthedefectand,iftheproductis
serialized,indicatetheserialnumber.Donotreturnproductstoour
factorywithoutourpriorconsent.
LIMITATIONSANDEXCLUSIONS:THEFOREGOING
WARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTOSERIALNUMBERED
PRODUCTSIFTHESERIALNUMBERHASBEENREMOVED
ORDEFACED,PRODUCTSSUBJECTEDTONEGLIGENCE,
ACCIDENT,IMPROPEROPERATION,MAINTENANCEOR
STORAGE,PRODUCTSMODIFIEDWITHOUTICCI'SEXPRESS
WRITTENCONSENT(INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,
MODIFICATIONTHROUGHTHEUSEOFUNAUTHORIZED
PARTSORATTACHMENTS;PRODUCTSDAMAGEDBYREASON
OFREPAIRSMADETOANYCOMPONENTWITHOUTTHE
SPECIFICCONSENTOFICCI,ORTOAPRODUCTDAMAGED
BYCIRCUMSTANCESBEYONDICCI'SCONTROL,ANDSUCH
EVALUATIONWILLBESOLELYDETERMINEDBYICCI.THE
WARRANTYSHALLNOTAPPLYTONORMALWEARANDTEAR
ORFAILURETOADHERETOTHEPRODUCTINSTRUCTIONS.
