12. Install 8 x M12 x 40mm bolts,
16 x flat washers, 8 x spring
washers and 8 x nuts to remaining
mounting holes and tighten.
13. Install 2 x captive nuts to square
number plate mounting holes in
the face of the bullbar from behind.
14. Fit bullbar to vehicle using
6 x M12 x 40mm bolts, 12 x flat
washers, 6 x spring washers and
6 x M12 nuts. Do not tighten.
15. Align bar with vehicle leaving a minimum
25mm gap between the bullbar and guard/
wheel arch, to allow for body movement.
IMPORTANT: If a minimum of 25mm is not
allowed between the bull bar and body, it
can cause damage to the vehicle.
