Continuing with movements, the resistance variation is displayed in
the following figure. The resistances of all taps can be measured
with the static test; the dynamic test allows to verify that in any
of the changes there is an open circuit or a short circuit.
It is also possible to see that, as R is bigger than the biggest
primary resistance RN, it is possible to set a resistance threshold
for all TAPs, for the resistance change recording.
The actual possibility of performing the test is limited by the
parasitic inductance of the transformer winding. In fact, even if
the secondary winding is short-circuited, there is a residual
