changes, the current changes with the time constant L/R. If this
time constant is small, then the value of R can be measured; if it
is big (as compared to the switching time), then R cannot be
measured; however, the effect of a mis-operation can be seen, as
R in this case is infinity.

different time constants:
1: Small L/R as compared to the selection time; R can be
measured;
2: Limit value for L/R;
3: Big L/R constant; R cannot be measured.
