OPERATION & SERVICE MANUAL FOR MOWER DECK
a. Remove the mower deck from the tractor.
b. Clean the mower deck. The special care to
remove grass and dirt from the blades and the
underside of the mower deck.
c. Check each part for damage. Damaged parts
should be repaired or replaced in readiness for
the next season.
d. Also clean the underside of the discharge cover
of accumulated grass and dirt.
e. Remove grass or other objects tangled around
the rollers and shafts.
f. Remove the belt covers and clean the mower
deck top. Be sure to remove grass and other
objects tangled around the pulleys and shaft.
g. Check the V-belt and loosen the adjustable ten-
sioner.
h. Remove all rust and touch up where paint has
peeled off with touch-up paint supplied by
ISEKI.
i. Check each part for damage and repair or
replace damaged ones for the next operation.
Important:
Insist on ISEKI genuine parts when replacing.
j. Store the mower in a dry place with wooden
blocks placed under it and cover with tarpaulin
or the like.
k. Grease all grease points and rotate bearings.
