Starting Engine and Operating Tractor
(1) Before starting the engine indoors, make sure
that there is proper ventilation because exhaust
fumes contain poisonous carbon monoxide, which
cause lethal poisoning.
(2) Before starting the machine, confirm that the
transmission gear has been shifted to the ap-
propriate speed, that there is no one near the ma-
chine, and that the implement is securely installed
on the machine.
Always operate the machine from the operator’s
seat. Never leave the seat except in an emer-
gency when operating the machine.
(3) Before starting to move, pay attention to safety
conditions around the machine to avoid injury to
bystanders or damage to property. Never move
abruptly.
