Disconnect the air inlet hose at the turbocharger to perform the following inspection.

Shaft end nuts

Compressor housing
Oil feed pipe
Oil on air inlet inside and outside surfaces
resulting from oil leakage
Loose or missing
Foreign particles in turbocharger
Bearing abrasion (Trouble in the oil supply system)
Blade and housing interference
Bearing abrasion (Trouble in the oil supply system)
Clogged
Turbocharger OK
Replace turbocharger
Remove restrictions
