Scallop Stitch ( A )
1 Stitch pattern: 33
2 Presser foot: Foot A
[1]Fold hem with right sides together. Sew scallops 1
cm (3/8”) from folded edge.
[2]Trim close to stitching leaving 0.3 cm (1/8”) seam
allowance. Clip seams as shown or trim with pinking
shears. Turn the hem to right side and press.
Scallop Stitch ( B )
1 Stitch pattern: 34
2 Presser foot: Foot A
* Stitch pattern 47 can also be used.
[1]Sew the stitches approximately 1 cm (3/8”) inside of
the edge of fabric.
[2]Trim the outside of the stitches as shown. Make sure
you don’t cut the thread.
