PRODUCT OVERVIEW
These digital EM-160C and EM-200C MIG inverter welding machines feature advanced technology
that provides excellent welding performance along with user experience. They provide a stable arc that
is ideal for MIG, DC Li TIG and MMA which can weld carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and
other materials.
Moreover, they oer many adjustable MIG and MMA funcons and features that makes these machine
very durable and robust machines for a wide range of welding applicaons.
The unique electrical structure and air passage design inside the
machine increases the dissipaon of heat generated by power
devices, thus improving the duty cycle of the machine.
Beneng from the unique air passage, the equipment
can eecvely prevent damage to power devices and
control circuits from dust drawn in by the fan, thus
greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.
The unique ClearVision display oers the operator
clear and informave data for the welding

• Three welding processes: Standard/Synergic MIG, MMA and DC Li TIG.
• The EVO range oers a robust and industrial look with ergonomic design that includes Acve
Balancing Air Passage (ABAP).
• Inbuilt power factor correcon (PFC). Where the power factor is the rao of true power (KW)
divided by reacve power (kvar). Power factor value is between 0.0 and 1.00 and if the power
factor exceeds 0.8, the device is using mains input power eciently.
• Wide Voltage mains input, this technology allows these to fully operate on mains input supplies
seamlessly between 95V ~ 265V AC with auto compensaon for mains voltage uctuaon.
• ClearVision digital control user panel technology.
• MIG features that include Synergic mode, dial in plate thickness, material, gas and wire size selecon.
• Spool gun compable.
• TIG feature that include, pre/post gas mers, down slope control and 2T/4T trigger modes.
