7. Turn the pump OFF. Remove the hose from the container
8. Reset the four valves to the NORMAL position: (See Normal Settings below)
Winterize Water Lines: (Refer to Winterizing the Plumbing section)
1. Turn water heater power OFF.
2. Move the “water heater bypass valve” to BYPASS (supply valves OFF, center valve
ON).
2. Remove the cover from the access panel in the basement compartment.
3. Valves are set as follows:
• V1 is ON
• V2 is OFF
• V3 is OFF
• V4 is ON
4. Place the clear hose into a container of RV antifreeze. When valves are set properly,
turn the pump ON. Antifreeze will be siphoned out of the container through the pump
and into the RV water lines.
5. After winterizing lines is complete, turn pump OFF and remove clear hose from the
container. Turn valve V1 OFF. Rinse out the hose with clear water.
6. In the spring when flushing the water lines, return the four valves to the NORMAL
position to allow water to circulate through the lines using the pump.
Normal Setting:
Generally speaking, this setting allows you to use the water system when dry camping.
1. Fresh water tank must be full of fresh water.
2. Valves should be set as follows:
• V1 is OFF
• V2 is ON
• V3 is OFF
• V4 is ON
3. Turn water pump ON (make sure you have sufficient 12-volt power).
4. Water will be pumped from the fresh water tank to all faucets.
WATER HEATER
The water heater is designed to heat water quickly and efficiently. The water heater
manufacturer has preset the sensing limit to maintain the water temperature when the water
heater is activated.
WARNING
Do not replace any component part with an accessory part that is not authorized by
the water heater manufacturer, such as an “add-on” electric heating element. Such
items are not approved to be installed and could create an unsafe condition and will
