1.0 Welcome
The JBL® CSA-2120 power amplifier (hereafter called as the amplifier) is a professional
tool designed and built for installed sound applications. The amplifier is two-channel model
providing simple analog amplification, with a switch-mode universal power supply.
The amplifier includes a rack mounting kit. With the rack mounting kit, you can install the
amplifier to a cabinet or wall. A transformer module can be purchased for use in high
impedance distributed sound systems. If your loudspeaker system requires higher imped-
ance, the transformer module can be connected between the amplifier and loudspeaker
systems to obtain the impedance matching.

1.2 How to Use This Manual

operate your amplifier. It does not cover every aspect of installation, setup or operation that
might occur under every condition.
