Cushion Valve Operation
When the pressurised oil flows from port A to port B, the
plunger 1 is moved towards the right.
When the pressurised oil flows from port B to port A, the
plunger 1 is moved to the left. The oil passes through the
narrow part of the plunger 1 and flows freely.
Maintenance
Replace the o-ring and other seal parts each time the
assembly is Dismantled.
If there is irreparable damage to the plunger 1 or injury to
the orifice 4, replace the whole plunger sub-assembly.
