SECTION 5 - EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
5.1 LOWERING OF THE WRECKER BOOM
In the event of total loss of engine power or hydraulic pump failure with an elevated
boom, Contact a local Authorized Distributor for specifi c instructions.
Secure the vehicle using the following procedures:
1. Clear the area around the unit of all personnel.
2. Engage the parking brake. Place the transmission control lever in “PARK”.
3. Chock the vehicle’s front and rear wheels.
4. Section off the area to restrict any personnel from entering the area.
